Just a 50-minute drive east of Seattle located in Snoqualmie Pass of Washington State is a spectacular 150-acre development site designated as a Planned Unit Development (PUD). The site has excellent ingress and egress to I-90 both East and West via Exit 54 and water and sewer are available for the Preliminary Approved Plan.  A Final Development Plan Approval will be needed by the Board of Kittitas County Commissioner’s prior to any development permits or building construction. 

Note: The subject 1980 PUD rezone for Mountain Grandeur Resort Development does not have an Expiration Date with Kittitas County.
