He also has proven faculties in land development and acquisition, residential & resort development, property management and construction.
His diverse business background includes numerous joint ventures drawing on his pedigree as the former Business Development Manager for Impark, Canada's largest parking company (more than 5,000 employees). In more recent years, Brad was the top producing Broker in Suncadia Resort; now with Sotheby’s International Realty, he continues to dominate the industry with many of the largest listings in the state. His portfolio includes unique property listings in destination markets given his strategic relationships in key feeder cities and an expansive social sphere.
A tenacious representative of his clients, Brad maintains a deep bench of successful transactions that include many challenging shorts sales, foreclosures and bank-owned properties. He has developed a trusted reputation amongst his peers and investment professionals as the go-to broker for his knowledge, relationships and ultimately, his results.
Now as a member of the Sotheby's International Realty network, Brad has expanded his market area to help buyers and sellers throughout the Pacific Northwest and around the globe. Brad has deep roots in the Seattle and Eastside communities and has a keen understanding of the local neighborhoods, schools, market dynamics and local economy. He is very active in non-profit associations, a past VP of Zino Society and current VP of The Canadian American Society of Washington. A competitive skier between 1980 and 1995, Brad even traveled the world as a principal skier and in ten Warren Miller Ski Movies. Also an avid golfer, he has attended more than thirty celebrity ski and golf events as a special guest raising millions of dollars for charities while networking with the film and entertainment industry.

Ian’s business career began in the resort industry working with Intrawest Corporation in Whistler, B.C., where he managed part of the Whistler Mountain Ski School and later worked on sales and marketing with the real estate division. He was the Sales Director of Club Intrawest and then became a Real Estate Launch Specialist with Sapera (Intrawest’s predecessor to Playground) working on projects in Whistler and California. In 2001, Ian established his own real estate sales and marketing business, taking on projects first in Canada in Victoria, Pender Island, Kelowna, Big White Ski Resort, Predator Ridge Golf Resort, Okanagan Golf Club, and Silver Star Ski Resort. In addition to projects in Canada, Ian has managed major resort projects in Seattle, Washington, Los Angeles, and Hawaii. Besides ongoing management of the sales and marketing of large projects, Ian also owns several real estate websites including LuxuryHomes.com and LivingHIStyle.com, plus is working on a new website platform for the Chinese market. In addition, Ian serves as VP of AREAA Vancouver (Asian Real Estate Association of America) and has presented at several AREAA conferences recently in Honolulu and Los Angeles.

Greg Lill President & CEO, DeLille Cellars, can trace his roots back to 12th century Europe hailing from a family originating from the walled town of Lille, France hence their ancestral name “DeLille”. Prior to the wine industry Greg spent 15 years in Commercial Insurance and real estate. DeLille Cellars was Co-Founded by Greg and was the third winery started in Woodinville in 1992. Greg has led the Management team at DeLille Cellars as President & CEO since 2000. Greg is the strategic leader of innovative management and marketing concepts for DeLille Cellars including the private wine club for Sur La Table, the Maison DeLille Wine Lounge in Kirkland and the Carriage House tasting room in Woodinville. Greg also is credited with the concept of the North West Wine Encounter at Semiahmoo. Most recently Greg was appointed by King County Executive Dow Constantine to be on the Sammamish Valley winery and tourism task force to help restructure the greater Woodinville Wine focus.
Greg has also served on many Wine related boards including the Washington Wine Commission, Washington Wine Industry Foundation, Auction of Washington Wines, Washington Wines Festival and Woodinville Wine Country as well as many non-wine related Boards including the Seattle Convention and Visitors Bureau. Greg has been recognized as the honoree for the Classic Wines Auction in Portland, Oregon and has served as Chairman of the PONCHO Wine Auction, and "Auction of Washington Wines".
Robert Parker Jr. of the “Wine Advocate” bestowed DeLille Cellars the title of the “Lafite Rothschild of Washington State”. DeLille has been rated 92 points or higher for over 20 twenty consecutive years and was recently selected as one of Wall Street Journal’s Top 10 Red Wine Blends. DeLille Cellars is the only winery in the world to be listed in the top 100 wines of the world, two years in a row, by the Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator Magazine. On many occasions their wines were specifically requested and poured for the past three sitting US Presidents, twice for HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco and in 2015 for King Harold of Norway at the DeLille Chateau in Woodinville.
Stacy Lill is Founder/CEO of Cashmere Consulting, focusing on corporate Networking, Marketing, & Strategic Partnerships as well as Wine Industry Education & Development. Stacy is a Strategic Consultant to DeLille Cellars and is also Founder & Brand Ambassador of O Wines, and Founder of the O Wines Opportunity for Success Scholarship Program. Stacy’s career includes 22 years of Sales & Marketing experience for numerous Fortune 500 companies including KIRO, and Ernst & Young. Stacy has received many honors including the Women’s University Club Business Woman of the Year, Soroptimist Award for Outstanding Community Service, Women for Wine Sense National Rising Star Award, Seattle Magazine’s Community Service Award, and the Puget Sound Business Journal Woman of Influence Award.
Stacy is highly regarded for her philanthropic efforts and is known as a community leader in both business and philanthropy. She currently serves on the Cystic Fibrosis Leadership Counsel, Board of Governors of the Seattle World Trade Center and the Board of the Auction of Washington Wines. Stacy is a graduate of University of Washington, and most recently became a Seattle University Regent. Ensuring young women have an opportunity to a quality education is a pillar in Stacy’s legacy.
