Brad Vancour, RSIR Kirkland Founding Member, Attends Warren Miller’s 90th Birthday Party at the Yellowstone Club

I am excited to announce that I was invited to attend Warren Miller’s 90th Birthday Party at the Yellowstone Club! Warren Miller is the Walt Disney of Sports Action Films and famous for being the Godfather of Ski Movies. The Lodge at the Yellowstone Club is also named after Warren Miller; hence the Warren Miller Lodge. The Yellowstone Club is the only Private Ski Mountain in North America with the who’s who as members. 

Also attending were many of the past skiers and Cameraman for Warren Miller over the past years. Skiers in attendance were Brad Vancour, Scot Schmidt, Rob DesLauriers, Willi Vogl; Cameramen in attendance were Bill Heath, Tom Grissom, Tom Day and Chris Peterson Director.

Brad Vancour Hosts Successful VIP Broker’s Open at Misty Isle Farms

We’re elated to share that the VIP Broker’s Open held at Misty Isle Farms last week was an absolute success! Already recognized for its excellence by the Sotheby’s International Realty Extraordinary Living Blog and voted The Puget Sound Business Journal’s “Home of the Week,” this stunning property impressed brokers and buyers alike with its unique horticultural collections, miles of hiking and horseback riding trails, PGA-standard driving range, grand primary residence, guest houses, and the unparalleled water and mountain vistas.

The CEO of Development Services of America, who co-owns Misty Isle Farms along with Thomas J. Stewart Living Trust, flew up from Arizona just for the occasion and treated attendees to perimeter tours of the expansive property. Guests were also given the opportunity to board golf carts owned by the property to explore the grounds on their own, and many reveled at the chance to explore the seemingly endless Rose Gardens and pathways.

After working up an appetite, visitors moved to the main residence to mingle and savor a delicious lunch, as Listing Broker Brad Vancour fielded questions from buyers and developers considering acquisition.

After lunch was over, the excitement grew as Brad held a raffle to commemorate the Seattle Seahawks featuring jerseys, t-shirts and a 2014 Super Bowl team photo.

A favorite stop on the tour? The exclusive wine cellar featuring rare, old and expensive French and California wines.

Listing Broker Brad Vancour (pictured above) said, “The VIP Broker Open could not have gone better. Not only did we host fifty of the top Seattle Area agents, but two of Washington’s premier Chinese Agents, Lili Shang and Liz Davidson, brought groups of Chinese Buyers and Developers to view the most expensive listing in the evergreen state, priced at $43 million.”
